Real estate · Custom website
Mi Capital Urbano
Website for a real estate company in Chile. Properties are managed in WordPress as a custom content type and can be searched by operation, type, district and price in UF (Chile's inflation-indexed unit). It includes a mortgage simulator that uses the day's UF value, and a dark mode.

Alflex
Hydraulic products catalog on WooCommerce, built with a custom plugin: category filters that update without reloading the page, quick view, product pages, featured products and a stock inquiry form.

Multi-company accounting app
A tool for US accounting firms that manage several client companies: documents in folders, a transaction register with bulk entry and CSV import, vendors, chart of accounts, banking, categorization rules and reconciliation. It's currently a working prototype; the final version will be built with Next.js and PostgreSQL.

Anonymous whistleblowing channel
Lets people report issues anonymously. Each report is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and the React interface is decoupled from the PHP backend through a REST API.
Document management
A plugin that lets a company manage its documentation inside WordPress: each record has an ID that groups all of its related documents, so they're easy to find and keep up to date from a single dashboard.
Automated PDF quotes
For an equipment rental company: the platform generates every quote as a PDF with the customer and equipment data, with no manual work. I also adapted it for the company's operation in another country.

Between business and technology
I'm a web developer based in Santiago, Chile. Since 2021 I've built websites, plugins and internal platforms for companies in energy, retail and real estate, and for marketing agencies. What I enjoy most is understanding how a business works and turning it into software that's simple to use: fewer manual steps, fewer errors and more time for what matters.
